Located in Hawthorn East, Airedale Avenue is a completed renovation and extension of an existing family home, reworking the original structure into a more open and contemporary residence suited to modern living. The scope focused on reconfiguring the main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, along with upgraded joinery and internal finishes throughout.

The interior is defined by a restrained material approach, combining soft-toned timber flooring, natural stone in wet areas and a mix of timber veneer and white cabinetry. Feature marble elements and clean-lined detailing are used selectively to add depth without overwhelming the overall palette.

High-quality fixtures and integrated appliances are used across kitchen and wet areas, supported by concealed lighting and refined junction detailing to maintain a clean architectural expression.

Delivered within the constraints of an existing dwelling, the project required careful coordination of new works with retained structure, resulting in a cohesive and quietly refined residential upgrade.
