As the Builder, this 879sqm office and warehouse project in Campbellfield involved the design and construction of a compact, functional industrial facility tailored for mixed office, storage, and light trade use. The development comprised a two-storey office component with open plan and enclosed work areas, integrated with an adjoining warehouse designed to support efficient day-to-day operations.

The works included full site preparation, earthworks, and construction of a reinforced concrete slab suitable for forklift traffic and light racking loads, followed by structural steel framing and metal roof and wall cladding. The warehouse was designed with practical access and operational efficiency in mind, including roller shutter openings, loading access, and external hardstand areas to support vehicle movements.

Internally, we delivered office and amenities fitout alongside coordinated mechanical, electrical, lighting, and fire services to meet compliance requirements. The building was positioned to maximise site efficiency, with provisions for secure yard use and potential future expansion, ensuring long-term adaptability and commercial value.
