Streetfood project is a comprehensive dining project involving the demolition of an existing restaurant and the creation of a unified space for four fast-food outlets: fried skewers, oden, fried rice, ice cream, and bubble tea. This project is both unique and challenging, requiring meticulous coordination to meet the diverse needs of each vendor. The plans were revised multiple times, and we continually adapted to the evolving demands of our clients during the renovation process. Despite these challenges, we successfully completed the project on time, exceeding client expectations. Although this was a single project location, it was akin to completing renovations for four distinct restaurants, each maintaining its unique character while achieving overall cohesion.

Located on the bustling Elizabeth Street in Melbourne’s city centre, the project also entailed significant collaboration with the local council to ensure all permits and health regulations were met during the façade replacement.
