Ichimi Sake is a Japanese izakaya located in Warrandyte, featuring traditional Japanese design elements. The restaurant is divided into two areas using wooden screens, enhancing privacy and creating a layered spatial experience. This design also allows for future functions and events. Despite the dim lighting characteristic of Japanese izakayas, the large original floor-to-ceiling windows have been retained to ensure ample daylight during the day. The interior walls are adorned with large traditional Japanese-style wallpapers, harmonizing with the original architectural style while enhancing the izakaya ambiance.
