Located within the former Bank of Melbourne tenancy at Burwood One, Global Realty’s flagship office was designed to combine real estate sales, client presentation and collaborative workspace functions within a polished showroom environment. Contegrity carried out the complete reconstruction of the tenancy, delivering reception and consultation areas, open-plan workstations, flexible presentation zones and integrated display elements. A standout feature of the project was the illuminated “GR” branding wall, fabricated in custom lacquered joinery with concealed LED lighting to create a strong visual identity within the space. The fit-out also incorporated projector presentation systems, concealed curtain-track zoning and custom kitchen-display integration. All works were delivered in coordination with centre-management and operational requirements.
