Set within a restored Victorian-era building in Abbotsford, La Fantaisie was conceived as a layered hospitality venue combining florist, café and event functions across two levels. Working with Bergman & Co, Contegrity delivered a detailed heritage-sensitive fit-out that balanced preservation with contemporary hospitality design. The project included structural opening works, full refurbishment, bespoke joinery and integrated services throughout the building. Original timber roof trusses were carefully restored and paired with burnished concrete flooring, textured rendered finishes and hand-crafted detailing to create a rich, atmospheric interior. Feature elements included sculpted blush-toned marble benches, brass-lined cocktail bar joinery, linen drapery and custom floral display installations. The completed venue blended heritage character with modern hospitality functionality in a highly curated customer environment.
