The project introduces a mix of five three-storey townhomes and one two-storey residence, arranged to respond to the surrounding suburban context. Each home includes three-bedroom layouts, private open space and efficient internal planning to support modern family living.

A restrained material palette of render, face brick, timber-look cladding and dark metal detailing creates a cohesive streetscape that complements the existing mid-century neighbourhood character. Landscaping and deep-soil planting soften the built form, while a central breezeway improves internal circulation and connection to shared outdoor areas.
