Doynton Parade

Residential
Location:
Mount Waverley VIC Australia

In Mount Waverley’s established residential heartland, Doynton Parade introduces nine medium-density dwellings as a carefully calibrated infill response to its leafy suburban context. Replacing two existing homes, the project delivers a mix of seven triple-storey and two double-storey residences, arranged to step along the street and reduce overall massing.

A varied façade language of brick, render, weatherboard and lightweight cladding helps break down scale while maintaining consistency with surrounding mid-century housing. Each home is planned with garage entry at ground level and open-plan living above, supported by three- to four-bedroom layouts and private balconies.

Designed to achieve 6-Star NatHERS performance, the development integrates upgraded insulation, high-performance glazing and acoustic separation between dwellings. The result is a well-resolved multi-residential project balancing density, liveability and neighbourhood character.
