Ichimi Sake Japanese Restaurant

Contegrity completed the transformation of two adjoining tenancies into Ichimi Sake, a contemporary Japanese izakaya in Warrandyte designed around an intimate dining and bar experience. The project involved full demolition, tenancy reconfiguration and construction of both front- and back-of-house hospitality spaces. At the centre of the venue sits a custom-built sake bar combining timber, stainless steel and feature lighting, complemented by fixed banquette seating and textured Japanese-inspired finishes throughout. The interior palette balanced sealed concrete flooring, dark-toned wall tiles and mosaic detailing to create a moody, refined atmosphere. Behind the scenes, the commercial kitchen was fully equipped for high-volume service with integrated cooking, refrigeration and beverage systems. Contegrity coordinated all building services and compliance requirements to deliver the venue ready for operation.
