Contegrity completed the fit-out of Manchester Press at Emporium Melbourne, delivering a compact but highly detailed specialty coffee and food kiosk within a live retail environment. The project required demolition of the existing kiosk and construction of a new custom-designed tenancy incorporating bespoke display cabinetry, integrated equipment zones and efficient back-of-house storage. Premium finishes including marble benchtops, timber veneer joinery, finger-tile features, reeded glass and electroplated trims were used to elevate the customer-facing presentation despite the limited footprint. The kiosk was fully integrated with commercial coffee, cooking and refrigeration equipment, with all works carefully coordinated alongside centre-management, mechanical, hydraulic and fire-service requirements to achieve a seamless retail outcome.
