Located in Rowville’s established suburban streetscape, Murray Crescent is a completed six-townhouse medium-density development delivered as a low-scale infill project within a Neighbourhood Residential Zone. The project replaced an existing single dwelling with a compact and efficiently planned residential layout that responds to the surrounding brick and tiled-roof context.

The completed development comprises six two-storey townhomes, each featuring garage access at ground level, open-plan living and dining spaces above, three- to four-bedroom configurations and private open space areas designed for everyday suburban living. The built form is stepped and articulated along the street to reduce visual mass and support a consistent neighbourhood rhythm.

A restrained material palette combined with integrated landscaping and retention of existing mature trees where possible has helped maintain a garden-oriented streetscape. Delivered as a completed residential project, Murray Crescent achieves a balance between density, liveability and respectful integration within its established suburban setting.
