Nepean Hwy

Located along Nepean Highway in Hampton East, this boutique four-storey residential development is defined by a refined architectural language of brick, concrete, steel and integrated landscaping. The building combines charcoal satin brickwork to the lower levels with expressed off-form concrete, black steel detailing and timber soffits, creating a contemporary façade that balances solidity with warmth and texture. Generous glazing and integrated planter boxes soften the built form while drawing natural light deep into the residences.

The project required careful coordination of multiple high-finish materials and façade systems across all levels. Particular attention was given to the execution of off-form concrete finishes, charcoal brickwork setout and custom steel pergola structures framing the rooftop terraces. Internally, the residences incorporate European oak flooring, bespoke timber-veneer joinery and stone kitchen finishes, delivering a cohesive high-end residential outcome.
