Oushou Japanese Cuisine was conceived as a refined dining venue celebrating traditional Japanese craftsmanship through contemporary hospitality design. Contegrity delivered the complete transformation of the Brighton tenancy, constructing an immersive restaurant environment centred around an open sushi and kitchen experience. The fit-out combined natural timber finishes, honed stone surfaces, blackened detailing and warm ambient lighting to create an intimate dining atmosphere inspired by modern izakaya culture. The venue incorporates a feature sushi counter, cocktail and sake bar, private dining spaces and full commercial kitchen facilities. Careful coordination of gas, mechanical, hydraulic and fire services ensured the restaurant was delivered as a polished, fully compliant hospitality venue ready for trade.
