Sushi Jiro Express Parkmore

Contegrity delivered the fit-out of Sushi Jiro Express at Parkmore Shopping Centre, constructing a contemporary kiosk-format sushi venue within an operational retail environment. Beyond the original kiosk scope, the project evolved to include a newly designed dine-in seating area developed in collaboration with the design team to enhance customer engagement and trading capacity. This required a revised approval pathway through GPT centre management and the Retail Design Manager prior to construction. Once approved, Contegrity delivered the integrated seating and kiosk environment while coordinating all electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and fire-service works within the live shopping-centre setting. The completed venue provided an upgraded customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency for the tenant.
