As the Builder, the Australian Select Timbers project involves delivering a combined flooring warehouse, showroom, and office fitout designed to support both retail presentation and operational storage. Our scope covers full construction coordination including structural works, internal partitions, services integration, and trade sequencing across all areas. Key elements include warehouse slab preparation and racking load requirements for heavy timber storage, along with a high-quality showroom fitout showcasing flooring products. The office area incorporates carpet installation, glass partition systems, and custom joinery to achieve a functional workspace. We also coordinate mechanical and electrical services, lighting design, and fire compliance throughout the building. During construction, we maintain strict control over programme, safety, and workmanship quality to ensure a durable, efficient facility that balances operational practicality with a strong retail brand presentation.
