As the Builder, this 2,028sqm warehouse project involved the delivery of a modern industrial facility designed for storage, logistics, and light distribution operations. The works included full site preparation, earthworks, and reinforced concrete slab construction designed to support heavy-duty racking systems and forklift traffic, followed by structural steel framing, roof and wall cladding, and external hardstand areas for truck movements and loading operations.

Internally, the scope incorporated office and amenities fitout, along with full mechanical, electrical, and fire services installation to meet compliance and operational requirements. In the final stages of the build, we coordinated the commissioning of all building services and ensured all systems were tested and verified in accordance with project specifications and authority requirements. This rigorous quality and compliance process ensured a smooth handover and transition for the end user into a fully functional, high-performance warehouse facility.
